Our working hours are as varied as our jobs – whether you are in training, studying or working full-time. Depending on the position, the weekly working hours are usually between 21 and 40 hours.
For our karate instructors, this also means spending some weekends on the mat – because that's when many exciting courses, competitions and events take place. This allows you to experience the full dynamism of our sport up close and be right in the thick of things instead of just watching from the sidelines.
Just like working hours, salaries can vary greatly. As a rule, salaries range between €700 and €2,000 – and that even applies to dual students.
The exact amount depends on the importance and position of the respective job, so that commitment and responsibility are fairly rewarded.
With us, you will benefit from extensive training opportunities, both on the mat and in the office.
These include licence examinations, milestone programmes and, if desired, free karate training, so that you can develop both professionally and athletically.
We offer a wide variety of jobs – whether full-time, part-time or mini-jobs. Whether you are just starting out in your career or are already an experienced professional, we have the right position for you.
Our vacancies range from temporary positions on the mat to branch and location manager positions.
