About us

Who are we?

We are full-time sports experts and teachers for health-oriented children's karate. We offer karate martial arts lessons for kindergarten children and

primary school pupils as well as for teenagers and adults. We also offer realistic self-defense for women and

men, also known as Krav Maga self-defense, and competition-oriented fitness kickboxing. As a karate and martial arts school, we offer pedagogically and educationally meaningful karate lessons for children from the age of three.
